Questions

Straight answers to the doubts.

Handing your social media to software is a big step. These are the doubts we hear most, and how Social Media Assistant answers each one. Where something is still being built, we say so.

AI posts all look and sound the same. Won't mine?

Not if the method is right. At onboarding Studio sets your brand's voice, how bold and edgy it can be and how hard it sells, each with a comfort zone. A post outside the zone is flagged, and one past a hard limit is stopped. The plan also rotates the job, look and tone of each post, so a week never repeats itself.

Don't people distrust brands that use AI?

Many do: in one survey (Clutch, 601 consumers, Aug 2026), 53% of consumers said they were less likely to buy from brands using AI in social content. That is why a person approves every post before it goes out. It is also why, under the planned design rules, every post will carry an AI label where the platform asks for one, and nothing will be posted to look like a real event that did not happen.

What stops it posting something I never approved?

The approval chain. The maker signs first, then an optional outside vetter, then the owner. Each person signs the exact version they saw. Change one word and it has to be signed again. Nothing reaches the scheduler without the final signature.

Will it make things up about my business?

It is built not to. Every figure in a post must already be in your proof bank, and the wording check refuses one that is not. Words you never use are swapped or stopped. If a post cannot pass its checks, you never see it.

What if a post fails, or goes out wrong?

Some reviewers describe posts that failed silently. After each post goes out, Studio reads it back from the platform to confirm the words and media match what you approved. If the read-back fails, you are told, and the post is not counted.

I don't have time to manage another tool.

You do not manage it. Studio plans, makes and checks the posts. Your part is one approve screen: read, sign or drop. Once live, posting and confirming run on their own.

Isn't this just a scheduler?

No. Every scheduler we priced charges by channel, seat, brand or workspace. Social Media Assistant is being built to make the posts, checks them against your brand and your proof, gets them signed, posts them and confirms them.

An agency already does this for me.

Agencies can be excellent, and UK retainers start from about £800 a month. Social Media Assistant is priced by finished, confirmed posts, with every check shown to you. Some owners will use both.

Will my posts go viral?

Nobody can promise that, and we will not. Every post gets a predicted virality score with a reason for each part and one fix to make it stronger. It is labelled what it is: predicted, not guaranteed.

Where does the know-how come from?

From the brain behind Studio: 578 entries of hooks, formats, timing rules, offers and guards, each citing its source, drawn from 33 books and courses, covering methods such as the six reasons people share things, the give-before-you-ask rhythm, hook-point testing and the value equation for offers, plus our own notes. Each entry is marked by how well it is proven, and most are still being tested. Results will feed back in once the learning loop is built.

What about my data, and faces in my posts?

These are design rules the product is being built to. Your content is never used for another business. Faces and voices need consent on file, children never appear, AI is labelled, and every approval is logged.

Is it ready?

Not for other businesses yet. It is built and passes its own tests, and it is being tested on Keepwright's own social media first. Live posting waits on each platform's approval of our app. The roadmap page says what comes next.
