How it works

Five steps, one approval.

You set the direction once. The assistant does the planning, making and checking, and you approve what goes out.

The steps

  1. Plan

Posts are planned per platform: the format, length, timing and call to action each network rewards, from a written method that is tuned on your own results.

  2. Make

Cards, short video, a presenter avatar and voice-over are made inside the product, using the best available tool for each job behind one interface.

  3. Check

Before you see anything, each post is checked: the right shape for the platform, nothing under the platform's buttons, captions matching the words spoken, the call to action in the right place, an AI label where one is required.

  4. Approve

One screen shows the batch. Approve, change or drop each post. Nothing goes out on a timer.

  5. Post

Approved posts go out at their set times, and each is read back afterwards to confirm the media attached.

What it takes off your week

  • No re-cutting by hand

Each platform gets its own version from one source.

  • No tool-hopping

One place to make, check and post.

  • No checking every frame

The checks run before you look.

Where it is today

The method and the checks exist and have been used on real posts. The single product that runs all five steps is being built, and is used inside Keepwright's own businesses first.
